I was on a bus to the office. As usual, I picked a window seat on the right side, on the second row of the upper deck. I was listening to a spiritual audio series. For some reason, perhaps influenced by the audio, I began to observe myself, both internally and externally. That's when I realized my engagement ring was missing—a ring I've worn for a very long time. Even though the audio was meant to calm me, I panicked. I removed my earpods and started thinking.
